Maybe things will change over there (I don't know about your situation with them). Maybe others on here have had good things to say about their service.

We can still give them the benefit of the doubt, since they do offer a decent discount in our area and also perfrom L-tuned upgrades in a region where it is tough to get a Lexus Dealer that even knows about it.
