Thanks bro. And I do have check engine light but only comes on like 50% of the time I start up the car. Yeah I already did a starting point, did the oil/filter and seafoamed up the car. Next is probably spark plugs and the tranny fluid flush.

welcome! Go to the Toyota dealer and get the trans fluid type IV. Under the car you'll see the transmission pan with the drain plug [ make sure its not the engine plug] drain it, ones its done replace the washer on the plug and screw it back on. Thru the tranny dipstick using a long and skinny funnel pour 2.2 quarts, take it for a test drive [ lets say 15-20 minutes], run thru all the gears even reverse. After let the car cool down a bit and repeat, it could take up to 4 or five drain and fill cycle to get all the old fluid out. a quart of the type IV is around $5

Thanks for your input. So this will literally take maybe 10 bottles just to do it? And once it's all drained out should I fill with the 2.2 quarts?

Yes, it could take that many quarts if not more depending on how dirty the transmission is. And also yes just pour in 2.2 quarts on your last cycle drive a bit and check the fluid level with the car on park and running. Always check the tranny fluid with the car on operating temperature. add more if needed.

Definitely go to autozone if u don't have the OBD2 reader to get the code or codes read for free and let us know what they are I can tell you most likely what needs to be changed just based on those.

That's either a O2 sensor or exhaust leak guaranteed. Last thing it can be is cats and at your miles it could slightly be possible but most likely it's the o2 sensors or exhaust leak. Make sure tho that you use DENSO EXACT FIT not that universal bull****. You can get them really cheap about $45 each instead of about triple the price buying it from lexus
