so i recently picked up mrr hr3 and it need tires badly! i came across this guy selling a set of tires 245-45-RF18...im wondering will these be okay for my rims? In the future, im not planning to slam the car, maybe just lowered..

Get un-lazy. Take a wheel off and check the inside for specs. That's the only way you're really going to know what you need.

+1 on get un-lazy and check the wheel specs

I personally think 245 is too wide for 7.5 wheels, I would keep the tire spec around the same as what you have now, this way you have more clearance when you go lower and it just looks nicer overall as it is now
