I did the same thing but my mechanic that work at lexus dealer and has a gs of its own did not agreed with what i put on my gs 400 because he said the bulbs are to powerful for the wires and not now but later down the road the wire is going to start melting. please if u have any input let me know "it looks great" but don't know man. p.s stock bulb is 5 watts and the m6 is 18 watts or more i think

Hard to believe an 18W bulb can fry a wire unless it's about the size of a human hair! I'm no electrician though - I just slept in a Holiday Inn Express last night.

Two questions
1. Whats the dif between the M4 bulbs and the M6s
2. Are the M6s legal to use as driving lights? Are the M4s?

BTW - two people have told me how stupid my lights look when they are on (have the stock parking lights with the HIDs so I need to do something!).

M4's are 5W, M6's are 18W. M4's will definitely look better than the stock parking bulbs but M6's give the 'wow' factor. They're not blinding at all though... I'm not sure how they could be illegal.

You know how cops are - Back when I was young and stuipd, I used to ride around with my fogs on and I got pulled over for that!

I have heard about Audi owners getting tickets for their Xenons - the Audi's seem to be more bluish and cops never seem to buy the fact that they are stock.

I had a BMW 745Li behind me on the highway at night recently and those were the bluest lights I've ever seen on a car. I didn't really like the color.
