My ENKEI A-356 wheels are Japanese , made in Japan , not here in the US and I think they were ordered thru HRE on the West coast
I think it was its distributor at that time , or something like that .
The emblem is of an Unicorn`s head . It is plastic and the set was stolen from the car some years ago , so , now that I sent the wheels to refinish , I decided to fill up the emblem cavity and fortunately it came out great .
These wheels were discontinued long ago, of course. They are 3 pc wheels and cost pretty penny , too .
Those are the star centers on the previous pic , power coated on the car`s Pearl White color.
Here is a pic of the plastic emblem on a wheel ... the only pic I have found online ...

It doesn't matter what anyone thinks. You like them, that's all that matters. Your car, your money, your decision

If I had a nickle for every time people said my curtains look dumb or didn't like my wheels (I'm not gonna say name *cough*brian*cough*) I would probably have 30 cents by now. But I could care less because I'm happy with how it looks and don't let peoples opinions or insults get to me. Whether you wanna go baller like Leon Hardiritt or Club Linea or go more cost effective like TSW or Vossen then all power to you.

Now my opinion on your choice of rims I think they would be a serious b**** to clean. and your old Enkei wheels do seem to be dated. Its just some food for thought. But again, its your opinion that counts.

I agree with you 100% that the Lenso wheels will be a real pain to clean . I still like them , thou . I don`t like wheels that are too skeletal and show too much of the brakes , etc I also think that they have a very modern style , but I won`t be buying them for my GS . I have my Enkei `s that are getting refinish and I will be mounting them back in a week or so . Both , wheels and car , belong to the same era , and they match perfectly , so that is how it will continue to be .
Perhaps if I get a BMW for the wife next year I would consider getting the Lenso
I really don`t care much (I never did) for what people think .
I am like you that , if I like it , then it is ok .
.

OP, they look like a pain to clean, but it's your car so get what you like. That's all that matters. It doesn't really look that bad on the BMW honestly.

And this is coming from someone who has the cheap, ricer ebay halo headlights with non function projectors?? Really?? Why would he need a lift kit for 20" rims?? How does Atlanta play into this? This is just a silly comment all together.

Some other wheels that I also like for the GS are the MRR HR3`s in hyper silver . I think they look great on the GS body (please, do not throw up even you don`t like my choice, lol... )
They don`t have the same quality of my 3pc Enkei`s but look great and are very affordable .
