Default Front bumper sagging?

Bought it from the previous owner like this. The right side is completely misaligned but the left is okay, the hood appears to be misaligned as well but it's just the bumpers appearance.. Any help?!

did you check to see if it's even bolted? there should be two bolts where it appears to be misaligned.

It also looks to be a different shade of white, accident maybe?

It is bolted I checked../:
The guy said it was hit but not a huge accident. I can't figure it out but I don't want a body shop to overcharge me for something simple

maybe your frame is damaged? causing it to not line properly
