Default Rims and coils

Looking forward to lowering my car this summer but have a few questions. Im usually the driver for my friends so slamming my car wouldn't be a logical choice so i was wonder how low should i go and who makes decent Coils that wont break the bank as well as what kind of rims would look amazing again without sending me to the poor house.
Thanks for the help

You should search. There are numerous posts including one for each color of car and another for suspension setups that have all of the information you want to know. As for how low you can go and what rims, those are all personal preferences. I drive pretty low (tucking a bit of tire) and have no problems riding around in a car full of adults.

you could get something like godspeed which are a little more affordable, I have bc and they are super smooth and you can get custom rates which is nice.

Are you looking for adjustable struts (coil over's) or lowering coils (springs)? You can look at this thread from ideas of how different setups will look.

ULTIMATE REFERENCE - Springs, Shocks, Wheels, Pics [merged threads]

For wheels you should get an idea of what style you like (mesh, full-face, 5-spoke, etc) and go from there.
