Didn't want to touch the navi also so all I did was add a line out converter, hooked it up to the factory sub, added a amp and two tens and boom music to your ears lol everyone thinks I got a crazy system when there in the car but it's so basic, if your not looking to beat the block this should be good to try
- two 10s
- not looking to beat the block
pick one.

I ended up going to my local Car Audio shop. Didn't want to lose the stock Nav and climate control so were going with an Audio Control converter and putting a 12" Diamond Audio Sub with a 500w Alpine amp back in the cubby behind the rear seats in the trunk. Going to remove the stock ML sub in the rear deck and aero port the sub box through that opening. To control the sub volume since I'm using the stock Nav unit were mounting an Alpine sub volume control switch under the dash up front. Going to continue to use the factory ML amp and all the factory 7 speakers for mids and highs. I personally think they are plenty loud and sound great.
