Default Removing backseats

Can anyone give me a Detailed discription on what to do to remove my backseats, I looked at the pictures from BanannaGS's website and when I try putting my hand underneath the front corner of the seats, the part that's touching the carpet, It bends up but feels like part of it is bolted down and if I pull any harder it feels like it'll break, can someone tell me word for word what to do to get the backseats out because I need to know just so whenever I decide to put sound insulation in the back I can do it.. thanks

just pull it straight up, put your hand close to where the hook that hook to the floor as possible. try 1 hand on each side of the same hook, as showed in my DIY
