Default HELP*throttle issue*

2002 gs300 stock

hello guys i need your help.
i replaced my valve cover gaskets.
and now when i start my car, the throttle bogs down.
1: is there anything that i could check?
i know my coil packs and spark plugs are good.
the throttle position sensor is good too.

2:how can i check my pedal position sensor?

thanks for the reply, its been a little while since i worked on a 2jz, since i sold my supra.
while checking that i realized since i started it without the air filter, i got the maf sensor dirty. i cleaned it and its good to go.
no more bogging down.
