Thanks guys! It is a certified car and they are looking into replacing the headlamps on it because of the mosture problem. When I picked up the car on the weekend the service manager had already left so they didn't know about the exhaust. They doubted it but said they would look into it.
The gold (what is the official name of that color?) color was also not on my list, the pictures don't do it justice however. When I saw it in person I was quite impressed. When comparing it to my friends Alpine Silver, it seemed that the metallic flakes were ever so slightly larger on my car than on the silver and gave the appearence of a little more depth to my untrained eye.
I just got the windows tinted (deja vu eh?) and spent half the day detailing it. I'm happy now Now I need to decide on my next upgrade (Did the 01 taillights <wow! GREAT upgrade!>, TRD F-STB <very nice, I want a rear stb but where does my subwoofer go then?!>) I'm thinking about getting some wheels, but wonder if I should lower the car first.... Coilovers would delay my wheel purchase signifigantly... Decisions, decisions!
At least now I can put on the upgrades instead of just collecting them in the garage!!

Glad to see things worked out so well in the long run. Thats why I hate dealing with dealerships for sales or service. One way or another, they are looking to rape every customer. I'm pretty sure, if this were to happen to me in the NYC area and I'd be dealing with Bay Ridge Lexus, this process would take me a year and a load of legal fees.
