Help With Taillight!
So I've noticed that the Stop light bulb on my passenger side was dim, I pressed the brakes and the bulb never got bright like the driver side, so I open up the taillight assembly look back there and saw that they were the original bulbs. No biggie right, so I go to the store, buy a brand new 7443 bulb and install it, not touching the bulb with my bare hands of course. Everything seemed to work fine, but when I press on the brakes, it still doesn't light up like its supposed to. Just stays at the same level of brightness. I got the specific tail light bulb, 12v/5W 7443 Bulb and it doesn't seem to illuminate the higher current for the break light. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Check the plug that the bulb plugs into. Make sure that the connector for the second filament is good and not corroded. Next check would be to see if there's a break in the wiring.
