Yea it's pretty simple, as it's name is too.... "Lower door molding" is what I called it and it worked. But, check it out, if you sit on the floor with your door open k, you'll see first, these plastic "nuts" I believe there is two at the bottom of the side that's closest to say, the door handle side k. They are what tighten the lower outter panel of your door, to the "door" if your following me. You'll use I believe a size 10mm to remove them, should actually be 2 on both sides k. 2 there, and 2 on the bottom half of the front end of the door, that meets the front fender k. So 4. Then, if you get down kind if under your door, and look up you'll see like 5 Phillips head screws that start at one end and work there way down. In order to really get a good angle to them, you'll most likely have to take, say, well I used a large flat face chisel, to push up in the door and easily spread the outter door panel (that was held securely by those 4 plastic style nuts) from the frame of tr door which will give you much better access to the screws k. Remove all screws, then you should already by your last screw out, feel it's ability to move. Then all you got to do is slide her out, then partially close your door, and push/pull it out TOWARDS THE FRONT end of the car, not pulling it out towards the read k.
