? Does your evap hoses have hoseclips
Today after getting my car back from service, I noticed that a puttering at idle.
After a long drive, I got a P0441 and P0446 evap codes. But after some searching around, I found a evap hose had come loose. Reattaching seems to have cleared the issue.
However, the particular hose that was undone had a hoseclip at the top, but none at the bottom, and seemed pretty loose to slip on and off. There were no witness marks on the hose indicating a clip.
So my question, is if someone can check to see if their has these hoses have hose clips? (1998 GS300)
The hoses in question are right near the throttle cable cam.
In this pic, the connections in question are the ones underneath the throttle cable.
zoomed in view. Of the 2 vertical hoses in the middle of the pic, it was the upper one that had come loose.
