hey guys I have a 2002 GS300 with the mark levinson audio and a couple days ago my speakers just stopped working.. My audio unit still works it still turns on and I can switch between FM and AM and CD etc. but there is no sound coming from the speakers. I have checked fuses didn't find anythere for just the speakers themselves...Is there a fuse for the amplifier? Im thinking it could be the amp but Im not sure how to confirm that , any suggestions?

this is a known issue with the ML amp for the 2GS. They usually bite the bullet for no reason. There are places that rebuild the factory ML amp, or you can find one from someone that upgraded their system to aftermarket.

What dungut said... I had a similar issue with my GS but only during hot summer days. It only happened a few times but it would go out when it got hot... stay off for about 10-15 min and come back on. On its way out it would sound like distorted speakers but the speakers were fine. My amp never actually went out completely but it was on its way. I had several aftermarket amps laying around so I was just waiting.
