I moved the car into my garage and changed the oil, using Valvoline High Mileage 5w-30 and a Purolator PureOne filter and.......
.......the noise is now gone.
Interesting note: I normally do my oil changes at the Toyota dealer, but due to travel complications a few months ago, had it changed at Precision Tune. I don't know if it was a crappy filter (it was a no-name filter) or the sketchy looking oil (there was just something about it that didn't seem right, especially given how it only had 2,200 miles on it) that was giving me a problem, but either way, the noise is all gone.
Moral of the story: Don't go to Precision Tune for oil changes.

Great News!!! I never trust anyone with my oil changes. They will either over fill or under fill the crank case. I take my time doing my oil change in my garage draining all the oil and contaminants out and put the precise amount in . The Lexus 4.0 & 4.3 V8 takes half as much oil compared to other luxury V8s so I believe it is very sensitive when thing are off.
