Default problem with heater

So summer is almost over here in Vancouver and when it rains it gets colder.

My problem is the passenger vents don't blow out hot air when I turn on the heat. Even at the highest level it stays cold. Only the driver side vents get hot.

What is the cause and solution for this?

Most likely it's your servo motor. You can buy a new one or try to repair it. Here's of the DIY I found https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...rvomotors.html
Also, there are two servo motor right next to each other when you go take it out. One is for switching between MODE and the other is for controlling temp. I cleaned and greased like the DIY and it's been working fine. It's not an easy task but it's doable.
