Default GS400 Key Fob Replacement?

So I have had a crap ton of bad luck recently. The ignition on my car went out a few weeks ago and Im just now getting the money to order the part and yesterday I lost my one and only key. I bought it used so I only got the one key with it. Does anybody know where I can potentially get a cheap or at least cheap-ish key? The new ignition comes with a metal key and key shell where I could put the old remote and transmitter but since I kinda lost them yesterday I can't even get into the car to put the new ignition in. The cheapest one I could find is $150 because I need the transmitter. I'm going to have to break into the car to even fix it now since I lost the remote and key that opens the door locks so I'm definitely SOL. Any info on finding one at a lower price would be amazing. I don't dare go to the dealership to get a new one!

If you lost your one and only key you have a few choices:

1) buy a used ECU and key somewhere (ebay, auto wrecker, forums)

2) Have your ECU reflashed for new keys - http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lexus-engine-ECU-ECM-reflash-Lost-key-replacement-service-Programming-keys-/180813059893?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3ALexus%7CModel%3AGS400&hash=item2a194c5735&vxp=mtr
3) Possibly use a JDM, non-immobiliser ecu

Okay so I found my key which is a huge relief! I called the Lexus dealership in Little Rock and they said the whole ECU would have to be replace, Lexus would cover the cost of an ECU, but I had to buy two new keys and pay for labor. Overall, $650. Glad I got out of that one!

it's typical dealership approach to replace the whole ECU, however a cheaper solution exists

If you still have your old ECU, I would be extremely happy to buy it
