Also, when you get your next set of tires, you can always do the "fat 19" setup and get 245/40-19' and 275/35-19. While it does make the wheels look a little smaller, it will give you a better ride and it will raise the car an extra 1/2" so you you'll have an extra 1/2" of ground clearance...you will also be able to raise your coilovers an extra 1/2" because the fender gap will lessened with this setup...this will give you a extra 1" of ground clearance and it will retain the fender gap you currently have.

Does anyone know the link to the thread of the difference between Coilovers and springs?

Manaray - thanks for the suggestions. I think the "comfort" thing will just take a little getting used to. When I first switched to HAs I was like "what the hell did I just do..these are so uncomfortable"....but now it doesn't bother me at all. As for the fat setup, I didn't really consider it because the overall diameter will deviate a bit too much from stock..not that it's such a big deal though.
GS400kid - the shop is in Milpitas, the phone# and address you will find at www.exactmotorsports.com
You can get TRD and TOMs stuff from Steve Ganz. I don't have his info, but do a search and I guarantee you will find it. FOB? you mean listening to Jay Chou, A-mei, Kuraki Mai, Utada, and the likes? Alright then, I'm with ya..
APLUS - "Install everything myself" meant the stereo stuff.. I did install the sways in myself but I had a shop do the TEINs for me. Not really sure how to install them but with some directions and the right tools, it shouldn't be too hard. I should've waited for a better time to shoot the pics ..if you want more pics, just PM me and I'll send you some better ones shot during the day...just wanted to give some people some more ideas on rims cuz that's usually the hardest thing to decide.
TX-Style - Have you seen the Greddy 350z? It had the same wheels in gunmetal...looks amazing!
here's a link to the pic http://www.club350.com/gallery/GReddy350z/350-2.html
GSXOTIC- Umm...I don't think so...usually a lower offset and/or low disk setup (not sure about the low disk) will give you a bit more lip but this particular model doesn't have low disk for the 19s..and if your offset is any lower, your wheel would probably be sticking out..
GS4fun - Front offset was +39 and the rears were +37. They haven't rubbed yet if that's what you're wondering but it's getting close. I plan on trimming the fenders and lowering the rear another 1/4 or 1/2 inch just in case I have passengers in the rear.

This "fat" setup you mention here - 245/40-19' and 275/35-19 - is that accurate? I have read other posts on the board that you cannot do this setup, that tthe tire heights have to be 35 and 30 rather than 40 and 35 as you mention.
I have the L-tuned setup on my car https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...threadid=75832 and am concerned when I do my third set of mods (second set will be cosmetic - L-tuned grille, side skirts and TTE Lip) and upgrade the wheels and tires to Work Equip Superchromes that the ride comfort will degrade significantly as I have been advised to go with 245/35-19 and 275/30-19 rather than the "fat" setup you mention above. Please clear my confusion for me.
If the setup you mention involves any kind of other modification such as fender rolling or will cause any problem such as clearance issues, I will have to stay away from it.
Thanks!

Hey Hameed, here is the link to thread with a GS on the fat setup...
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...threadid=60899
He has no rubs whatsoever...he's running a 19x8.5 +41 up front and a 19x10 +47 out back...if your wheels match these offsets, you shouldn't have any rubbing...
The thing about the "Fat" setup is that it's the same OUTER DIAMETER as doing a STANDARD 20" setup. So it's not "out there" or anything....I mean there are PLENTY of GS's on 20's (like mine)
As for the speedo error, trust me, it's not going to get you a ticket...we're talking 3.6% error...that means that when you are traveling an ACTUAL speed of 62.2MPH, your speedo will say 60MPH...most people's speedo's probably aren't even accurate anyways unless they've gotten them official calibrated...
Also, the benefits of having that extra 1/2" clearance is great (your car will still look low though because most people look at the WHEE GAP more than the actually distance to the ground)...also, you won't need to lower your car as low because it takes 1/2" of fender gap out...less lowering means less camber which equals less inside tire wear....
