AC Pro refrigerant refill kit

AC Pro refrigerant refill kit
Hi everyone, did anybody ever try using AC Pro refrigerant refill kit?
I try to check my AC with the gauge that come with the kit, by connecting it to the low pressure, it was in the "red zone". I didn't continue the proses refill the refigerant, I'm afraid to overfill.
Any Idea the problem?, the clutch engaged and the compressor is running, the blower very strong but warm air coming out from the vent.BTW my car is '99 GS 300.
Need help to pinpoint the problem.
