Anyone have this inconsistency?...
One day my GS4 is flying the way I want it, and then it just lags the next day. I know its not the tranny, just something to do with the car.

Dude
Sounds like you need you reset your main ECU bro. Many of the Club Lexus members here do it very often.
When you reset your ecu. your car will be much more respondsive when you go WOT.
check the Search function.

Mine does
Doesn't seem to have anything to do with resetting the ECU (i have) though. I can get seriously get put back into my seat one day, the next it's...so-so, not bad, but not like the previous day. Then 2 days later it'll again be real strong and impressive again. If I had disconnected the ECU in between then I 'd agree. My other car behaves exactly this way also, and it's a supercharged T-Bird. One day it feels almost as strong as my GS ( The 'Bird has a bit more torque) the next, only 1/2 as strong . But my thoughts are maybe...
Temp and humidity play a very big role , and car computers are constantly changing fuel curves and the like to compensate for these factors. I'm at least glad to know I'm not the only one noticing it.
