Default on process...still looking

My first attempt, I was quoted around $4,000.00, at least. I was looking into the L-sportline body kit which include the front bumper, front grill, side skirts,& rear bumper. That figure would include the whole set, painted & installed. I did not committ because I was looking for the pic of their first 2 projects which they can't show to me. I even asked for referral list of other customer and would like to arranged to look at their GS.I was 50/50 that time and I also read somewhere here that Carson Toyota is selling the whole kit cheaper.(<$1,700.00?) This is the way I wanna go and let my lexus bodyshop do the painting, then get someone to install .By the way,the Lexus bodyshop I spoke with can install ONLY OEM parts but agree to do the painting for me. Cheaper alternative is, look for other GS owners who has the bodykit that you like and repaint and install. Some owners might end their lease and not purchase the car ,so they can remove the bodykit and sell.I like the "veilside" bodykit very much(xcept the front bumper) but they are in fiberglass
ONLY when I inquired.

i went and ordered the kit (RMM) front bumper , back bumper side skirts and front grill 4 $1600.00, than painting install was a little over $1200.00, if u have the blue gs it will cost a little more to paint than say a black , silver or white, cus our color is a 2 paint multy coat process, from what i was told. something like a pearl white process so they charge more.

Hey guys,

He is absolutely right. I am in central NJ and know of at least three EXTREMELY good shops right near me. No doubt though, you definetly have to pay for the right look. Go to a shady place, you'll get a dhady job done. PM me if your really serious, I can help you out.
