Default P0301 - Cylinder 1 Misfire - Changing Spark plugs/wires/coils

Hey CL,

I've been meaning to change my spark plugs / wires / coil pack for the past few weeks but my car threw a P0301 tonight and I'm hoping that after I do spark plugs / wires / coils, this will fix the issue. My question to you guys is 1.) do you have any other suggestions as to what else to look into that may be causing this problem? (lets start with small with plugs/wires/coils etc and if that doesn't work we can move up from there). 2.) Could someone recommend me spark plugs / wires/ and coils? (please include part numbers)

Listed below are spark plugs and wires that I was looking into but I've read the NGK wires aren't good?

I am hoping to buy parts from stores such as Oriely / Autozone etc so please keep that in mind.

As for coils, I haven't looked into those yet. I may just buy the OEM one's from Lexus since I can't wait but please let me know what your recommendation is.

If it’s a GS300, you’ll need double electrode ones. NGK or Denso is what I would recommend.

Also. I've decided to just wait it out and order parts online. Would you guys recommend the Denso 3353 spark plugs or the NGK Iridium IX 3764?
