It's very easy man
-Put the wheel all the way forward+down
-Yank the cluster bezel straight back (Don't worry nothing will break, very solid piece and it always reinstalls perfectly due to its design)
-I think there's some phillips screws holding the bulb part in but you don't really need to disconnect it, the bulbs are all in rotating sockets
And that's it
I tried full LEDs in mine but it's almost too bright, wouldn't really recommend, I just left a green LED in the PWR one because it's on quite often, usually the only one on, and looks pretty nice
