Default vsc does not seem to work

I picked up a GS300 and I push the VSC button and nothing happens. When I first start the car there is no vsc light on dash. How do I know if this works or not?

Go around corner fast and you should feel the power attenuate and a beeping sound. Floor it in a wet area on the street and you should feel the power attenuate.

Same thing with my GS no lights no nothing. I press the button and nothing. However when I corner hard I get the beeping sound.

Not sure what the issue is, or how to fix it.

But I would like to be able to turn the VSC off!

It does not attenuate. I pushed it around a corner to the point that it broke loose and nothing as well as punching it on wet snowy road and it spun. So my next question would be is there a fuse or relay somewhere that I should check?
