Default p1346 what could this be??

So i pulled the code and it says vvt /cam sensor . i was reading other peoples post and says it could be a timing belt issue but i jus got timing belt service at lexus. Could it be the vvt solenoid that is bad..the car runs fine by the way.

Had to replace the vvt solenoid. Easy install as well
