Will 99 GS300 seats fit in a 94 GS300?

Hey Guys, I have a 1994 Lexus GS300 and I was wondering if the seats from a 1999+ GS300 would bolt right in? Also the guy is including door pannels will those fit my GS300 as well? Wondering what kind of differences I can expect in the mounting.

I think it might be just a little bit off. I'm not 100 percent sure though so maybe someone can verify or correct me, based on their knowledge.
