1999 GS400 Battery drain
Hi, i'm new to this forum and i am here to get informations about the GS400.
They seem to have problems with the accessories that drains the power of the battery. I own a 1999 GS400 and mine is having a battery drain issue. After some verifications, i can confirm that the power is drained from one of the accessories/relay inside the car and that all the "exterior" wiring is fine. I can't leave the car for the night without disconnecting the battery because it will drain enough power to lower the battery to 9volts so not enough for the car to start. I have a .750 milliamp drain in the system.
What could it be? I head of a relay under the sterring but it is really confusing for me as i don't know these models so well.
Thank you for your help guys!

On top of this, i wanted to jumpstart the car and reversed the cables so i blew a bunch of fuses. Still have no radio/clock/door lock and dome light, but i didn't checked yet the passenger side fuse box. I assume that the Dome fuse is dead too. The car runs fine and i have no check engine.
