Default UPDATE - Need a new CAT

As the title states, my check engine light will not go away. Tried replacing both o2 sensors to make the po140 and p0143 codes go away. No luck, mechanic buddy put a spacer to try to make the code stay away but it keeps coming back.

So, any thought of where I can get a new setup or Cat for a reasonable price? under $300, ebay and Advanced all want over $400.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

For reference this is what I need

UPDATE

This happened - The damn Shield around the o2 sensor broke off inside the car. I have no idea where it went and most likely it fell into the cat.

This was for the upstream O2 sensor. WTF

I have several questions for you.
You say you changed both O2 sensor. What were the two sensors that you or your mechanic changed?
You or your mechanic checked if your cat or manifold has any leak?
Your problem maybe is more a leak that O2 sensors.
My recomendation to you is, check again that codes that you have with your check light on.
If is the same code is a leak than anything else. But if you find out that is another code, related to the O2 sensor, you have to change the other 2 O2 sensor. Also, if your cat smell like a rotten egg when your engine is on, then they are your cat. If you do not smell nothing is more of a leak. It may be a small leak. The Lexus cat are made to last long, but depending on how the previous owner or owners cared for the car then that explains everything.
Again, check for a leak and also the code and let know pls. Good luck
