Default Steering wheel shaking at 55mph and up

I know there is a lot of post here already but it is not helping. My 2nd gen GS300 streeing wheel shakes violently at 55mph and up. I changed uppper control arm, ball joints, rotors, pads, stabilizer links, new tires, rims are perfect but still the same. The shops are saying everything looks good. Anyone had this problem or know what the problem could be?

This should be moved to the 2GS forum where the OP can get more responses.

what kind of rims do you have and were the tie rods ever changed? I just had the shakes and changed the bad inner tie rods and now its smooth as glass. Also the caster arm can cause shakes if you never changed that one. Any worn bushing in this car can. But for the shakes at 55+ the main culprit is the tires, alignment, tie rods, wheel bearings or really worn bushings on any of the control arms, but mainly the upper or the caster arms if they're really worn. BTW if your tires are not the right size this can also cause the shakes. Which rims/tires do you have and whats the size of your tires and rims?

Have the same problem, have new lower ball joints, daizen steering rack bushings, new rims(perfectly round and and roadforce balanced with new bridgestone potenza re760s and new wed's lug nuts and alignment and it still does it, i just stopped caring and id rather buy a new lexus rather than spending a small fortune fixing this issue.

its the wheel balance machine. Go to discount tire and tell them balance with "special" adapter. Happened to my wife's car 2011 4runner after put on new tires on WALMART (i know, I know).
After discount tire trip. FIXED !

I thinking in 2 think right now. The balance no was good at all or the bushing on your rack.

Again, what rims are you guys running? I've never heard of a special adapter for the balancing machine. Please elaborate...
