Default Low idle rpm problem, please help!

Hey guys,
I know many of you with gs4 have low idle rpm problem and I'm one of them. My gs4 has low idle rpm problem and often engine died at stop since the first year I bought it. I brought it to the dealers many times and finally one of the dealers fixed it by changing its throttle position system (TPS). The rpm is still low at idle, around 400, but it doesn't get cut off like before. Something strange happened today with this same problem. I was driving in a stop and go traffice. Suddenly, the rpm dropped below 300 as I pressed the break for about 2 seconds, the check engine light came up on the dash and almost got cut off, then the rpm jumped back to 800 for few secs and again dropped back to 300 and settled back at my normal idle rpm. I have already called the lexus dealer and have them check it out next week. From my past experiences, they are not going to find any problems. So, for those of you have have the similar problem, please post the your experiences with the dealer and how to fix this problem. Thanks alot.
