Red face Need New Front End - Story Inside

Hey guys! i been in the lobby but just looking around in here, not really posting much. Anyways heres a question, well the car was in a crash, yes it was from the snow, but it wasn't drifting or me that did it! lol.. anyways, the car is fine, the airbags didnt go off and i looked at the damage, im assuming no frame damage was done, the car was hit at the grill/passenger light area so the hood is done, grill is done, bumper is cracked and the passenger light i think is done but may be repairable.

Now i think to replace all this with stock would be possibly more expensive and of course less sexy then all modded. As you know i have my 180sx now and i haven't really been keeping up to date with everything GS related so what would you guys recomend...

So far im thinking the Blitz grill for sure, i've wanted it for so long, and as far as front bumper and hood goes, supra store has a CF hood for 760usd, by the time it gets to canada plus shipping it'll be way more than stock (like 1400 cdn) and front bumper, well i have 16's and no sideskirts or rear bumper so i need something very subtle... any ideas? im hoping i dont have to go with stock on this one. Remember the car is really low so i need something about the same height as stock.

So thats the situation! any ideas guys? any fibreglass hoods or anything like that? Thanks again, i hope all is well!

btw if you want to see my 180sx (see what i've been up to, if you care) go to www.cardomain.com/id/rps13_jzs161 < dont worry i remember the lexi always

Hey,

Sounds like you got some plans already in mind! heh. How about L-Tuned skirts? Very subtle yet very classy and not too low at all. Blitz Grille sounds good. Looking for a new front bumper or going stock on that?

Sasha! What a story. I say for somthing subtle go with L-tuned for the side skirts. A carbon fiber hood would be awesome, would u leave it or get it painted?? Or the stock bumper with the TTE front and L-tuned skirts like this.

Glad your still hanging around.

And WOW, you've really done a lot to the 240! What a swap! Any times in it yet or u gotta wait till summer? Great work dude

hey thanks guys, well the idea is to keep the price close to what the dealer would charge for everything, so L-Tuned skirts and a front lip is probobly out of hte question, where could i get a LECS front bumper or something like that?

thanks about my 240.. right now its running really slow, i compared to my friends car which is a stock gutted 240 (155hp) i should be around 220 flywheel but we were about even... i have to figure it out, i know my stock exhaust is really making my turbo push but it shouldn't be 70hp!!! anyways..
