Default GReddy front lips in stock.

The GReddy front lip spoilers have arrived in the US. GReddy has enough to cover all B/O's. Here is the funny, with all the talk about wanting a greddy lips i was told that there are only 14 on back order. GReddy will make more only if the demand grows. So to all of the talkers this kind of takes away the steam.

Did SUPRATED aka Steve Ganz get any? He's our #1 vendor and really has gone out of his way to get us so many Lexus parts.

I looked into that and according to GReddy only the authorized Greddy dealers will get them. Where they filter from there is any ones guess.

Hmmm, so our number one vendor doesn't get any? Oh well, the TTE lip looks better anyways.

I agree with Manaray. If Greddy knew that Steve can move this quickly because he is a preferred retailer, I wonder why he doesn't get any? Strange...Does not sound like good business sense from Greddy to me...Oh well, what do I know???

Actually, I was told by Steve himself that he stopped carrying the Greddy lip due to the fact that so many people were breaking them becuase they sit so low. He opted to carry the TTE lip instead.

Its low...but come on..is it really THAT low...

Aren't the majority of aftermarket kits lower than the GREDDY lip? You guys don't think so?

Manny,
I think it is 2 things, 1) it is low (as low or lower than my TTE) and 2) it sticks out farther (forward) than the TTE, so it is prone to get clipped easier on the same steep incline than a TTE or RMM would.

Just 'cause Steve is CL's best vendor doesn't mean he's GReddy's best vendor. To be an authorized GReddy distributor, you've got to but LOTS of product, not one-zee two-zees.

There is a bit of Politics in the automotive aftermarket biz...

What does the TTE lip go for? Does Steve carry them?

I cracked mine in less than 3 weeks after i got it installed. SoCal has steep angles at intersections and driveways. I've seen regular cars (no mods) scrape the bottom of their front end going in and out of parking lots all the time. No way you can have a GReedy lip on a lowered car and have it be your daily driver.
