The little plastic trunk release lever broke off there at the dash. I glued the 2 pieces back together and then tried to slide it back on the metal piece. I ended up breaking it in two again. Does anyone know how to get the plastic piece back on? Am I gonna have to remove the bottom of the dash?

You can read my previous post and see what I found on my carpet near the accelerator pedal as I was trying to fix this part. Sort of having a rough day....
