so after jumping my car, i turn on the car and all the lights on my dashboard is off, the speedometer, temp gauge, fuel gauge, even the dome lights won't come on. But the car starts and drives, radio works. Could this be a fuse issue or do i have to disconnect the battery and reconnect it? BTW this is a 2002 GS 300, sports edition.

Disconnect your battery again for a few minutes 15 or so. If that doesn't work check fuse on both driver side and passenger side kick panels.

is there a specific fuse i should be looking for?

I am almost certain that this is a fuse issue. Had a similar issue, where my dome lights and radio went out, replaced a 5 or 10 fuse. There should be a fuse diagram on the panel indicating which fuse is for what.

disconnected the battery and reconnected it 5mins later, and everything is back to working.
