Question Don't know squat, about this CAR. / Fan and Overheating.

Where to begin!? Changed the thermostat, replaced fuse , fan assembly, and No. 2 fan relay. I did burp the coolant. Fan is still not coming on at operating temp. and above. i know I'm missing something. Oh! no leaks or sweet smell or smoke from exhaust. Maybe sensor? Every thing I've done so far came from the threads in the community, GREATFUL and much thanks. So i'm asking directly which way should I move. DYI mechanic on a budget.

Yeah could be the coolant sensor on the bottom of the radiator, that's what controls the fans to come on and off. After I replaced my radiator, I forgot to install the sensor and the fans were on at full blast non stop until I removed the plastic plug and screwed in the sensor. The fans stopped and came back on when it got to operating temp. Lost a lot of coolant from that mistake. So I say its a fualty coolant temp sensor.

To check and see if that sensor is really the problem, disconnect the connector from that switch and the fans should come on at full blast with the engine running. Also, the fans should be on and stay running when the A/C is also on. If I remember correctly, the GS has 2 coolant temp sensors, one for the fan on radiator and the other on the engine block for the temp gauge reading on the dash. I doubt that the temp gauge sensor would cause the fans to not come on.

I did see that, Also pulled the relay after disconning the sensor. One would run instead of the two, I guess that shows the relays are working. Put multi meter to connectors and have power from both. definitely moving towards the sensor at bottom of radiator.
