Lexus gs300 1998 be rev limiter wiring

Lexus gs300 1998 be rev limiter wiring
Looking for help with wiring up a be rev limiter.
According to Bee-racing:
Red wire: 12V+
Black wire: Earth
Yellow wire: RPM Signal
Green wire: Ignition signal.
Now the RED and BLACK cables are easy but its the yellow and green I'm struggling with.
From an image of an ecu plug I have worked out that the YELLOW wire RPM signal is E2 pin 25.
But I'm stuck on the ignition signal wire can someone help?
