Default Loud knocking sound only below 1000rpms (vid clip)

As stated, ugly knocking sound when rpm's are below 1000, practically goes away once given gas.

Short history of my diagnostics and playing with the sound. First off, its not there all the time, but there most of the time, only happens when car is at driving temp. One thing I learned with this video (and I'll explain in a bit) when the fans come on at idle, the sound it gone.

Ok, the order of the video. There are 3 pieces to the video with 2 breaks

The first 18 seconds the car is in drive and the ebrake is on. So basically when theres a load on the engine causing the the rpm's to drop very low, the sound very loud. After warming her up in the mornings and throw it in gear, the sound is loud, but as soon as I hit the gas and begin moving, it goes away.

The next 10 seconds after the first break, I put the car back into park and walked back to the engine and as you can hear the wind in the mic (which is the fans) you'll notice the knocking is gone.

The next break is after the fans shut off, the knocking is back and very much not as loud (due to the rpm's now being closer to 1000)

No performance problems at all, she runs like a champ, no codes either. The sound (like said in the video) is around the water pump or possibly in cylinder 1. Using a mechanics stethoscope doesnt help a bit because it resonates all over and you can actually feel it if you touch the water pump, alternator or power steering pump.

I'm leaning towards the water pump, but honestly have no clue. I dont believe its anything in the engine because the sound doesnt change, it goes away and again, as well, doesnt happen all the time.

I think thats all the info I have. thanks

Ok, so I removed the belt to check if it was the water pump or any other accessory and was shocked of what I found! I almost concluded that it was the pump because the knock was gone. But as soon as I shut the engine off, the very last stroke of the crank for a moment I heard the noise again. So I restarted the car and played with it a while. I gave a little rev and heard something right when I touched the gas, but not after. Still never dawned to think of the crank, first thought was timing belt, then found this...

Obviously the question in the video is of amusing rhetoric, but the real question is how can a bolt so notorious for being a sonofab to get loose actually be loose on its own? I tightened her up and the noise is gone. I still need to torque it though.

I suppose this is a great time to change the timing belts as I dont need to worry about the crank bolt right? LoL

Crap, just thought of this. Isnt the crank pulley pressed on? How can it move like this if its pressed on?

Make sure the pulley is not torn/cracked. I seen those break off before causing this type of noise.
