I went to Lexus of Cerritos (So. Cal.) and asked a parts rep. about the L-Tuned products. He kinda scratched his head and gave me a look like a dog gives you when you make a funny noise. Needless to say, he was somewhat confused and didn't really know what I was talking about.

Since I'm in So. Cal., it sounds like Steve @ Carson Toyota is the contact for me. Will they do a warranted install there? Or where else can someone recommend?

i got my springs at my local dealer which was dumb, since i paid around $400 bucks for them and then i got my shocks from steve ganz for $203 + S&H. I say go with steve ganz, he promptly sent out my shocks and i recieved them the same week i ordered them, but i am also located in so. cali (i was too lazy to drive to carson to pick them up ) but i didnt get them installed at the dealer, el monte longo lexus wanted $500 to install shocks! i ended up going to D2 Technik down in Alhambra and got it installed for a whole hella lot less and they were quick and problem free. The difference in handling is completely differnt now then when i was stock...i think it made a huge difference.
