Default GS400 Engine Noise after Cam Seal Replacement

Replaced cam seals on my GS400. Reassembled and now very noisy, thought I had it narrowed down to the cam phasers. $800.00 later, noise is still there. Please help!!!!!

I recommend you unhook/take off the drive/serpentine belt and start it up. If no noise then its one of your pulleys(idler or tensioner). If its still there then its timing belt related.

Post a video of the noise as it's almost impossible to give an accurate answer as to what is causing the noise.
