Hello, Can I use 20w-50 Toyota oil for 2000 model gs300 in Dubai?

Summer temperatures between 29C to 45C (86F to 113F). Winter temperatures between 11C to 22C (52F to 72F).

Personally I think that's just too damn thick for a daily driver, its not like you'r hauling anything. Those are the same temps in my city. If anything, you can maybe go up to a 10w40, anything thicker might be counter productive.

Thats my unprofessional opinion.

Just remembered, your owner's manual lists the correct oil weights to use for various temperature ranges.

That seems excessive as a lot of states in the US fall into those temp ranges and still run 5w-30

good luck finding 5w30 weight in that region, i once was there and i was paying 100$ for 5 quarts of semi synthetic and it was hard to get. Yet if you by a car that has the GCC specs then in that owners manual it states to use 20w/50 for the 1UZ/2UZ/3UZ engines there, not sure if the 100% humidity along with the 110 degrees heat has anything to do with it.
