2000 gs400 air conditioner issues
My 2000 gs400 ac is blowing constant flow of nothing but hot air. I checked and added the correct amount of freon but again the same thing. The compressor seems to be working correctly. I've read some posts about checking some relays, but I'm not sure exactly where to start with that or how to test them correctly. Can anyone relate to this issue and have a solution? Any help would be awesome. Thank you in advance. (Btw, I am completely new to this site and not sure if I have this post in the correct spot or not.)

If your compressor is kicking on (as in you visually see it spinning, not just the car idling up), which should cause a steady green light on your AC button, then I'm going to suspect your temp servo is failing and therefore blowing heat at you, even though the AC is working.
If you have confirmed the AC compressor is spinning and the AC light is solidly lid, check these links for help on addressing the temperature servos:

I had to address both the driver side and passenger side on mine to get them to start working properly. The issue with mine seemed to be the plastic gear was sliding up the shaft and off the ears which would turn it. Some superglue on the shaft fixed that issue. Good luck and let us know what you find.
