Default Bottom part of door

Im currently looking at a 99 black gs300 w/ tan interior. So far everthing looks good, though the driver and passenger seats could be in better condition. Only thing wrong with the body is that the rear driver side door sticks out a bit when it is closed. It is the bottom half of the door...that panel sticks outward about 1/4-3/8" when the door is closed. I was just wondering if this was possible to fix. I checked all the vin numbers and they all match up, so the door wasnt replaced or anything. Also what do you guys think about the price...20,500 w/ 55,090 miles...no nakamchi or navigation...pretty much just the basics.

Search autotrader.com for GS300 from 98 or new and below $21,000 for all states and that will give you an idea whether that your current choice is a good price or not. You may find another GS without the door panel issue also.

Good coz a friend of mine bought his GS after driving mine and he purchased it in queens and the GS was in a total shambles it had frame and suspension damage to it but here's the messed up part he took it to a body shop to install a body kit and it did'nt line up coz the nose was shifted inch to the left .
so he had to pay $800 to have his frame straightend ,so my advice is to get one of those guys that go with you to see the car and check it out .but anyway GOOD LUCK

Yeah whatever you do stay away from queens and brooklyn those two areas are frame car central.

think about this for a minute I'm sure you've seen the carbuyers alot of those cars are previously damaged cars that have never been reported or they was in accidents in other states and brought to newyork and the tristate that's why when people do carfaxes they come back clean coz they never got reported and they're from out of state. I remember watching 60minutes and saw a story about a girl who was killed coz a dealer sold her a car with low miles for alot of money and it turned out that the car was totaled out in arizona and she was from washington state and this was legal so watch out
