is there a harness for install an aftermarket double din ?

I have an Alpine head unit to install in my 1999 Lexus GS300

i wanted to know if there is a plug and play harness ? or only custom made ?

i dont need oem amp

i've found this but not sure if it's the one i need

Why not get the OEM one to make sure the console colors match?

Also, it would be more cost effective DIY the radio yourself. I don't believe there is an adapter for the an after market GS radio,
However, I could be wrong. Try searching around. I did find a Beatsonic adapter for the wife's RX.
