It's an open diff so it depends on what type of surface you're doing burnouts on. Either way you'll get plenty of one wheel peels...

You can go aftermarket..I believe KAAZ makes a 2way lsd. Don't remember the exact price but I know its in the $800 range. TRD also makes one, no clue how much it costs.

Or you can find one out of a TT auto supra. Those are torsen diffs. I'll let someone with more technical knowledge chime in on the difference between the two types.

And don't weld your diff. Save that for ratted out 240s....

The A02D from an American auto TT MKIV Supra will work, but has a 3.76 final drive. From a JDM 96-02 6-speed RZ or RZ-S, the A03B differential also fits but has a 3.26 final drive, like the GS. If I'm not mistaken. there is also the JDM A02B that was available in the automatic RZ as well as all GZ models, which is also a 3.76 final drive and I'm unsure how it differs from a US-market A02D. The JDM Supras that were available with an A02B were also available with an A02A open diff, as the LSD was just an option.

This forum post goes into a lot more detail about what fits what and why.
