Unhappy Busted Front Undercarriage Skirt

I busted the plastic piece under my front spoiler running over a pipe stickign out of the ground a few inches in a driveway. I think its only function is to deflect gravel and debris from the engine when you drive. Is this right? Its hanging down part way now, and I want to completely remove it until I get a new one. Does anybody have any recommendations on what to do? Where can I get another one cheap?

Contact Steve Ganz (SUPRATRD on the board). You might want to get the part number from your local lexus and then just send it to him for easier progress. He'll give you a good price.
