Well lost my master key so I ordered another ecu with master key. Being that I'm using the donor car keys, do I really need to flash the immobilizer? I'm a little confused on the process. I noticed in videos they are swapping Eprom chips but I feel that is so you can use the original keys?

you will need to leave the key in the ignition for about 30 minutes in the on position.
This is not a GS but still applies.

I would of thought because you have bought another ecu with the matched keys, you shouldn't need to flash anything because the matched key codes should already be stored inside the ecu that you bought (unless they were bought separately or the keys are un-coded?). I don't think the amplifier module in the key barrel needs any flashing.
The normal "key programming" procedure should be exact same as when you do a 2jzgte swap with immobilizer because you basically have a different ecu in your car that needs to talk with the original keys.
