Steering Wheel Question
I don't believe my steering wheel is stock on my 01 GS300, it has a lot of woodgrain I believe it came from a gs430, rx, or sc.
That aside, none of the functions of the wheel work: the cruise control, horn, e-shifters and airbag (airbag light on).
From what I've been reading, perhaps the person who installed may have broken the clockspring.
Before I change it, I would like to know if there is anything such as a fuse somewhere that perhaps I overlooked & location?
I have yet to remove the wheel, I will take it apart and clean the contacts before changing the piece in case its a bad connection.
What do you guys think?

No
No. Those functions on the steering wheel are all connected to seperate systems. Check to make sure the clock spring connector and the air bag connector are plugged in under the steering wheel.
Check the fuses to all of those systems if everything checks out it will be the clock spring. There is a thin strip of tape that resembles a computer wire connection inside. It's very fragile and suceptible to damage. That is why there is a warning on the side of the clockspring itself that urges proper installation.

Thanks for the advice! I took off the airbag to inspect quickly. I found a broken blue wire going from the clockspring harness to the metal frame of the wheel so i believe it is the negative. I managed to solder a new wire and ground it properly however nothing seems to have changed. I have a feeling the clockspring may just need to be replaced. I don't have the diagram for the fuse box at the drivers feet, do you know the fuse locations for those systems?
