Default Abs speed sensor tripping

I had both rear axles replaced and now whenever I go over 65 mph the vsc and track lights come on. But go out whenever I am cruising below forty. Any help will be appreciated

The tone ring on one of the axles might be bad. The abs sensors reads the rotation of the tone ring on the axle. Rust builds up inside the hub and some time rubs the tone ring until it it damaged and then the sensor can't read it correctly. Pull the abs sensors out and rotate the axle while looking at the tone rings to make sure they are good.

Is there a way to get the ABS sensors out when they have never been removed and are stuck? Mine kick in ABS when very slow and tight turning.

I'd like to get the sensors out and clean them. 278k miles is pretty long time to not see the light of day.
