I picked up the kit from a buddy of mine who imports them and sells them on ebay. The whole kit, 5 pcs, i got for $500 otd. The stock door pieces just pop right off and the new ones fit perfect. I still havent figured out what to do with the gap, I guess ill just live with it. I heard there is a US spec one, that was available on certain GS3s, special edition or platinum, Im not sure. I heard that the center console piece can be ordered directly from the dealer but costs an arm and a leg. Anyone know? Im also looking for the matching shift ****, know anyone who has it in stock? I just placed an order with the same buddy for the jdm black wood steering wheel, he said its around $600 but I may have to give up the airbag, hes still checking for me.

The people with the 2002 GS300 SportDesign (like me) have this black walnut in their cars. This was stock from the factory. It came with the door pieces, center console and shift ****. The 2003 SportDesign does NOT have the black walnut. You should probably contact Steve Ganz from Carson Toyota to get the prices for the stock parts but I'm sure they'll be expensive.
